Having witnessed the frustrations endured by business owners to succeed amidst growing challenges; our founders joined forces to help businesses embrace emerging trends & technologies to improve margins and outperform the competition. .

Meet Our Founders
Ramesh De Silva
With 20+ years of experience in Textile & Apparel sourcing and manufacturing, Ramesh has vast experience both in Sri Lanka & overseas. He has worked as a buyer for Jones - New York, USA (US $3bn Company) and in merchandising and operational excellence at Brandix, Sri Lanka (US $1bn Company). His last stint prior to ValueAura was in business development for South & Southeast Asia whilst also working as a Senior business process improvement consultant at Brandix.
Ramesh is a Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma & is qualified in Total Preventive Maintenance & Total Cycle Time. Overseas exposure includes the USA, South & South East Asian markets.
Rukshan Rajapaksa
Rukshan has a total 18 years of experience in information systems delivery and infrastructure management. Having been responsible for CMMI Level 5 development standards at Virtusa (a NASDAQ quoted company), Rukshan headed the Technology department and governed multiple process improvement projects at Brandix, the largest and most reputed Sri Lankan Apparel conglomerate introducing solutions with significant gains to the business.
Prior experience at Virtusa working in multi-cultural teams with British Telecom. Rukshan has in-depth exposure in program management, solution development, ICT infrastructure and ICT Strategy development
Rukshan has been instrumental in providing solutions to complex challenges across multiple industry verticals handing customers with utmost satisfaction. Overseas exposure includes Bangladesh, Pakistan, India , Hong Kong & UK.
Chamath Nandasena
With over 15 years of experience in Insurance, Telecommunications, Power & Data Center Management and Manufacturing industries, Chamath brings a wide area of knowledge in International Business, Operations Management, Production Planning, Process Improvement, Innovation, Market & Product Development and Business Strategy.
Having headed operations in Sri Lanka & South Asia with over 40 successful projects, Chamath has extensive experience working with multi-cultural customers delivering high quality solutions resulting in USD Millions in savings and/or revenue to customers in the region. Overseas exposure includes Bangladesh, Pakistan, Indonesia, Singapore, Laos, Vietnam, Macau & Tanzanian markets.
